Yes! We provide a fully functional live demo account. Log in at tms.cmscargo.net with email demo@cmscargo.com and password demo to explore all features with sample data loaded.

Once logged in, navigate to the Drivers or Equipment section from the main menu. You can add driver profiles (with license info, pay rates, and contact details) and equipment records (trucks, trailers, VINs, and maintenance schedules) individually or in bulk.

CMSCargoTMS syncs directly with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Invoices, driver settlements, and expenses created in CMSCargoTMS can be pushed to QuickBooks with a single click — eliminating double-entry and keeping your books accurate. Setup takes just a few minutes from the Integrations settings page.

Driver pay can be configured per driver as a percentage of load revenue, a flat rate per mile, or a fixed amount per load. The system automatically calculates gross pay, applies any deductions (fuel advances, insurance, escrow), and generates a printable settlement sheet at the end of each pay period.

Yes. CMSCargoTMS is a responsive web application that works on any device with a modern browser — desktop, tablet, or smartphone. Dispatchers can manage loads from the office while drivers and managers can check status updates on the go.

Absolutely. CMSCargoTMS supports multiple user accounts under a single company with role-based access control. Assign roles such as dispatcher, billing clerk, or administrator so each user only sees and edits what they need to.
